Where India's Capital Markets
Come to be Understood

We started with a simple conviction: India's IPO market deserved a home where every listing — from blockbuster debut to quiet small-cap — was tracked, documented, and understood.

Born from a gap no one else wanted to fill

Before IPOStack, tracking an Indian IPO meant bouncing between SEBI filings, stock exchange PDFs, broker reports, and financial portals — each giving you a fragment, none giving you the full picture. We built the platform we wished had existed when we were trying to make sense of the IPO even after the listing.

IPOStack was founded on the belief that market intelligence shouldn't be locked inside expensive terminals or buried inside hundred-page prospectuses. Whether you are a seasoned institutional investor, a first-time retail applicant, a journalist covering capital markets, or a student learning the ropes — you deserve clean, reliable, structured IPO data.

"The story of India's growth is told, listing by listing, on our stock exchanges. We're here to make sure no chapter goes unread."

Starting with data from 2013 and now covering through 2026, IPOStack has quietly become the most comprehensive independent IPO database tracking Indian public offerings. From subscription status, to outcomes and long-term listing performance — we capture what others skip.

We are not a broker. We are not a tipster. We are not in the business of telling you what to buy. We are a pool of developers, giving you the truth, clearly laid out, so you can decide for yourself.

A clear purpose.
An even clearer direction.

🎯

Our Mission

Democratise access to IPO intelligence across India

Our mission is to make every piece of IPO-relevant information — subscription figures, listing price, current market price, sector trends, price band histories, change in listing since listing — accessible to every Indian investor, regardless of their portfolio size or professional background.

We believe an informed investor is a protected investor. When retail participants have the same quality of structured data that institutions have always enjoyed, the market becomes kinder for everyone.

🔭

Our Vision

To become India's most trusted capital-market data layer

We envision IPOStack as the definitive, real-time layer that sits between raw exchange data and the investor's decision — clean, contextualised, and comprehensive. A place where a decade of IPO history lives alongside cureent market price tracking, allotment results, and after listing-day performance in one seamless experience.

Beyond data, we see IPOStack growing into a community of market participants who learn from each other — where a first-time applicant and a seasoned analyst read from the same trusted page.

Principles that
never get listed away

Every feature we build, every dataset we publish, every piece of analysis we release is filtered through these six commitments.

01
Accuracy First

Every data point on IPOStack is sourced, verified, and cross-referenced. We would rather publish late than publish wrong.

02
Transparency

We have no hidden affiliations, no paid placements, no "recommended" IPOs. Our data speaks for itself — without a promoter's voice in the room.

03
Depth Over Surface

Anyone can show an issue price. We go further — into subscription, listing price, cureent market price, 52w high/low, and post-listing trajectories.

04
Accessibility

Complex market data presented simply. No jargon without explanation. No table without context. Designed for the informed novice and the expert alike.

05
Continuity

Markets have short memories; we don't. Our archive going back to 2013 ensures that history remains searchable, comparable, and instructive — always.

06
Independence

We are not affiliated with any brokerage, investment bank, or underwriter. Our only interest is in giving you an uncoloured view of every offering.

Every number that matters
before and after listing day

Issue Details & Price Band

Issue Price is the per-share price at which the company offered its shares to the public during the IPO.

Subscription Data

Overall, QIB, NII, and retail subscription multiples — tracked live during the issue window and archived permanently after close.

Listing price

Listing Price is the stock exchange opening price on the day the company was officially listed. Comparing this with the Issue Price tells you whether the IPO had a strong debut or a weak one.

Current Market Price & PClose

CMP (Current Market Price) is the latest available trading price of the stock. This tells you where the stock price is today, years after the listing. Whereas Pclose indicate its price yesterday.

52 Week High & Low

It gives you context on recent price action — whether a stock is currently trading near its annual peak or its annual bottom. This allows investors to make up their minds to invest or not.

Change Since Listing

It is arguably the most important column on this page. It shows the percentage change between the Listing Price and the CMP — meaning how much an investor who bought at the listing and held until today has gained or lost.

A decade of watching
India's market grow

2013

IPOStack begins archiving Indian IPO data, starting with a year that saw cautious market sentiment and selective primary issuances.

2015–17

The great revival. A wave of quality issuances gives us rich comparative data — and we make every number publicly searchable.

2020

The pandemic year defies expectations. IPOStack captures one of the most unusual primary market cycles in Indian history — including digital-era darlings that listed at eye-watering premiums.

2021

India's record IPO year. Hundreds of crores raised, millions of new demat accounts, and retail subscription mania. We document all of it.

2022–23

Market normalisation. IPOStack's longitudinal data becomes even more valuable — showing investors how cycles correct, and which listings held their value through volatility.

2024

A new surge in issuances across sectors — SME boards, mainboard listings, and landmark fundraises. IPOStack keeps pace, in real time.

We don't pick winners.
We give you the data to.

IPOStack will never tell you which IPO to subscribe to. That decision belongs to you — your risk appetite, your portfolio, your research. Our job is to make sure that when you sit down to decide, you have every relevant number, clearly presented, honestly sourced, and fully up to date.

That's a promise we've kept. It's the only one we intend to keep making.
